Please read them carefully before using our AI-powered image generation services.1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using PupStyle ("the App"), operated by Vance Software Solutions, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.2. AI-Generated ContentPupStyle uses artificial intelligence to generate and modify images based on user input. You acknowledge and agree that:- AI-generated content may be unpredictable and results may vary significantly
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- AI may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate results
- Generated images are provided "as is" without any warranties
- The App owner is not responsible for any AI-generated content that may be deemed offensive, inappropriate, or inaccurate3. User ResponsibilitiesYou are solely responsible for:- All content you upload to the App
- Ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload
- How you use, share, or distribute AI-generated content
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content4. Permitted UseContent generated through PupStyle is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share generated images on social media for personal purposes. Commercial use of generated content requires explicit written permission from PupStyle.5. Prohibited ConductYou agree NOT to use the App to:- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create content depicting violence, abuse, or cruelty to animals
- Generate adult, explicit, or pornographic content
- Harass, bully, or defame any person or entity
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the AI system
- Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the App's infrastructure
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law6. Intellectual PropertyYou retain ownership of images you upload. By using the App, you grant PupStyle a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our services. AI-generated modifications are provided for your personal use. We make no claims regarding copyright ownership of AI-generated content, and you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.7. Free Tier & SubscriptionPupStyle offers both free and premium tiers:Free Tier:- Free users receive 2 AI image edits
- Free edits include a "PupStyle" watermark on generated images
- Once 2 edits are used, a premium subscription is required for additional editsPremium Subscription:- 40 AI image edits monthly
- Watermark-free images
- Access to all premium accessories and customizations
- Up to 3 dog profiles
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled according to the Apple App Store policies
- To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device
- We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with reasonable notice8. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:- PupStyle, Vance Software Solutions, LLC, and their owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from AI-generated content
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for any loss of data or content9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vance Software Solutions, LLC, PupStyle, and their owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your use of AI-generated content.10. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.11. Governing Law & DisputesThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.12.
